It’s enough to make you scream NO!  Which is exactly what the new JCPenney ‘Enough. Is. Enough.’ campaign will allow shoppers to do.

From a Facebook page where shoppers can scream into a No-Meter to measure their level of frustration, to an out of home takeover of 34th St Herald Square Station, to a television commercial that showcases everyday people screaming ‘no’ at complicated sales prices – and not just people, a marionette puppet, a dog and a family of mice…obviously.

The madness comes to an end with a new Fair & Square price structure, starting February 1st.
