What is the difference between street-art and vandalism? What does a “party of the year” look like? And do these queries have anything to do with one another? On December 11th 2009, Mother, in partnership with Animal New York, organized the first-ever gallery show by notorious sticker artist BNE. Having bombed the street surfaces in a host of world capitals, the anonymous artist took over the raw shell of Mother’s future offices and threw an opening-cum-holiday party with a cast of thousands.
